Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee client accounting processes and ensure delivery of valuable
financial insights
Manage monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and lead client
meetings with actionable insights
Ensure compliance with GAAP and enhance internal accounting
processes for efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Administration
10 years of experience at Controller or Director of Finance level
in a SaaS firm
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero,
Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
Proven experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and
technologies
