Job Description:

The Shipping Clerk, is responsible for clerical functions related to:-Transportation-Shipping/receiving-Inventory of materials, stock, and equipment that is shipped in and out.
The main duties and responsibilities of a shipping clerk include inventory reporting, verifying, and approving shipments (outgoing or incoming).


Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred. (3-5 years of relevant experience.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using shipping software, inventory management systems, and basic computer applications. (Word/Excel )
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and inventory records.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling shipments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Preferable Bilingual
