Job Description:
An Employee Relations Specialist serves as a key partner to
management and employees by addressing workplace concerns, ensuring
fair and consistent application of company policies. This role
focuses on resolving employee issues, conducting investigations,
and supporting a positive, compliant, and productive work
environment. Client Details Our client is a global financial
services firm specializing in wealth management, investment
banking, and risk advisory solutions for institutional and
high-net-worth clients. Description Serve as a trusted advisor to
managers and employees by providing guidance on employee relations
issues, workplace conflicts, and policy interpretation. Conduct
thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints,
policy violations, and other workplace concerns. Partner with HR
and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and
internal policies. Support a positive workplace culture by
developing and delivering training on conflict resolution,
performance management, and respectful workplace practices. Profile
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with
the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations
with professionalism and discretion. Has a solid understanding of
employment law, HR policies, and best practices in employee
relations, ideally with prior experience handling investigations
and conflict resolution. Is highly organized and detail-oriented,
able to manage multiple cases while maintaining accurate
documentation and meeting deadlines. Brings a proactive and
solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance employee
