Impact You’ll Make Own first piece and AS9102 first article inspections for high-performance components Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications with confidence Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to verify geometry and function Collaborate with engineering to build and optimize inspection techniques Use data from inspections to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement Operate CMMs, optical comparators, micrometers, verniers, drop indicators, height gages, and related precision tools Experience & Mindset Depth in precision inspection and geometric dimensioning Practical, hands-on expertise with CMMs and manual metrology Meticulous attention to detail; fluent in complex prints Collaborative communicator with a team-first approach Continuous improvement orientation and strong problem-solving skills Grow with a Proven Innovator For over 70 years, we’ve pushed the limits of what’s possible, serving aerospace, defense, energy, and medical markets.
