Job Description:
A fast-growing and forward-thinking CPA firm that offers tax, consulting and outsourcing services is seeking a Tax Manager ready to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact. This role offers flexibility, career advancement, and a chance to work closely with clients and a talented team. This is a hybrid 3 days onsite position that can be based in either their Newtown or Meriden Offices Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting 7+ years of accounting experience Strong business tax background Progress toward CPA or EA Experience reviewing tax returns Client-facing with assurance capabilities Nice to Have: Active CPA or EA Forensic accounting experience Multi-state tax return knowledge Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance packages Paid time off Employee profit sharing plan Hybrid work environment Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
