We have an immediate need for an Environmental Permit Project
Manager in Albany, NY. Come join our team! We are looking to build

Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The
LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of
the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast
to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to
serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC,
Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ. The
client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services
(OGS).Please provide references upon resume submission.
Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate permit timelines to meet project
needs
- Oversee upcoming and future projects where environmental review
or compliance with regulatory or environmental regulations will
require processing of permits
- Coordinate environmental impact assessments such as NEP,
SEQRA
- Gather documents for and perform Environmental Impact
Statements (EISs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), and other
documents associated with projects
- Manage consultant deliverables for environmental aspects of
State projects, including Endangered Species, Ecology, Energy,
air/Noise, Visual and Environmental Justice.
- Participate in project meetings with department staff,
consultants, and environmental regulatory and advisory agencies and
assist with preparation of written communication/notices. Work
closely with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Army Corps of
Engineers, NYS Department of State, and NYS Office of General
Services regarding permit applications with which they are also
involved.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to manage various projects using established controls
and procedures
- Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in
Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related
program is preferred but not required.
- Experience coordinating with designers
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction
involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation

- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work

- Compensation: $70,000 min - $85,000 max
- The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith
believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the
advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the
individual candidates' qualifications and location
