• Competitive compensation new graduates start at $250,000, with experienced physicians earning $350,000 $400,000 during an 18-month guarantee. Plus, you ll transition to an RVU/Production model with unlimited earning potential thereafter!

• Work-life balance with 4-day work weeks and on-call duties only 3 weeks per year.
