WE OFFER:* $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS* 1199 UNION BENEFITS* Top paying facility in the area!* Medical / Dental / Vision insurance* Generous paid time off (PTO) package* Paid holidays* Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available* Day shift, evening shift, night shift, and weekend shifts available* Flexible scheduling for a work-life balance* Weekly employee appreciation events; we love to celebrate our team!* FUN and friendly work atmosphere - GREAT leadership team!Salary: $32.24 / hr#2025:Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:* Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents* Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians* Medication administration* Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies* Collaborating with residents interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes* Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents condition to proper personnel per center policy* Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.* Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.* Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident.* According to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response.* In accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.* Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.* Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.* Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:* LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State* CPR Certification required* Two Years prior nursing experience preferred::by Jobble
