• Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone for adult and adolescent clients.
• Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic care.
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality service.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health conditions using proven therapeutic approaches.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of best-in-class virtual care models.
• Stay connected with our broader medical and product teams as we innovate new mental health solutions.Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of post-licensure experience providing independent, unsupervised therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Active California, Virginia, or Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with eligibility to treat patients independently.
  • Experience using evidence-based practices, particularly for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.
  • Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
  • Experience assessing, diagnosing and preparing treatment plans.
  • A strong sense of clinical judgment, empathy, and a genuine passion for improving mental wellness.
  • Comfortable with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth technology.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (we'll cover the cost).Why work with Us

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
