or Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) who are ready to deliver

position supports hiring 100% remote within the U.S. What You'll
Do
- Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and
phone for adult and adolescent clients.
- Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and
deliver evidence-based therapeutic care.
- Collaborate with a care team to ensure coordinated,
high-quality service.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records in line with
regulatory and company standards.
- Support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD,
trauma, and other mental health conditions using proven therapeutic
approaches.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development
of best-in-class virtual care models.
- Stay connected with our broader medical and product teams as we
innovate new mental health solutions.Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of post-licensure experience providing independent,
unsupervised therapy in a clinical setting.
- Active California, Virginia, or Pennsylvania license (LCSW,
LMFT, or LPCC) with eligibility to treat patients
independently.
- Experience using evidence-based practices, particularly for
PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.
- Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, or
related field from an accredited program.
- Experience assessing, diagnosing and preparing treatment
plans.
- A strong sense of clinical judgment, empathy, and a genuine
passion for improving mental wellness.
- Comfortable with electronic health records (EHRs) and
telehealth technology.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (we'll cover

additional LicensureThe base salary for this position is $80,500
($110,000 CA based providers). In addition to a base salary, this
position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject
to eligibility requirements) listed here: . Total compensation is
based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of
position, location, education level, work experience, and
certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time
