Job Description:
Centers Health Care is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Hospital Liaison to drive our outreach efforts and promote the
exceptional services of Centers Health Care in Manhattan and
Queens. As a member of our marketing team, you will play a key role
in building relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge
planners, and community organizations to promote our facilities.

environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Centers Health Care's services and facilities to
hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources to
drive admissions and grow brand awareness.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person
meetings to local healthcare providers and organizations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase
awareness of our services within the local community.
- Plan and attend networking events, health fairs, and local
community outreach activities.
- Educate referral sources on the full range of services offered
by Centers Health Care.
- Provide regular reporting on marketing activities and progress
toward goals.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to develop
promotional materials and campaigns.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, families, and
referral sources in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in creating and distributing content for social media,
newsletters, and other marketing channels.Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the
healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Manhattan and Queens healthcare
landscape and community.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal
skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple
priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a
plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
