Job Description Nurse Supervisor/Assistant DON – Behavioral
Health | Brooklyn, NY We are hiring an experienced Nurse Supervisor
to lead and support a Behavioral Health nursing team in Brooklyn,
NY. This is a 13 week opportunity with strong weekly pay and a
leadership-focused role in patient care improvement. Schedule Start
Date: Feb 9, 2026 Shift Time: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM 35 hours per week, 5
days per week No agency public holidays Compensation Options
Travel: $3,900 weekly gross Local: $100/hr W2 What you’ll do Lead
nursing teams to improve patient care and staff performance Monitor
unit performance and support nurse managers with corrective action
Develop tracking systems for medication errors and counseling
records Support Assistant DON level responsibilities in Behavioral
Health Requirements RN License (NY) and BLS Bachelor’s in Nursing
required, Master’s preferred 7 years nursing experience, including
5 years in a supervisory role Behavioral Health leadership
