be considered. An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse
with Stepdown unit experience to provide exceptional care in a
dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves working 12-hour
night shifts, offering a focused setting where critical thinking
and patient management skills are essential. Location: Newton Lower
Falls, MA This area offers a blend of suburban charm and convenient
access to metropolitan amenities, providing a balanced lifestyle
for professionals seeking both tranquility and cultural activities.
Schedule/Hours: 36 hours per week 3 shifts of 12 hours each, 7:15
p.m. to 7:15 a.m. Every other weekend and rotating holidays
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in a
Step Down unit Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering
treatments as needed Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to
develop and implement patient care plans Maintain high standards of
safety and compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications/Desired Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure Proven Step Down unit experience required Ability to work
efficiently during night shifts with attention to detail Strong
communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Contract Type: Contract position, offering the opportunity to gain
