Specialty: Geriatrics Location: Bennington, VT Facility type: Government Pay rate : $25/hour Start Date: 8/9/2025 Contract Length: 12 weeks Shift/Hours: 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday/ Part-time hours Duties: The Social Worker to assist with psychosocial assessments, care plans, and providing supportive counseling. In addition, you will assist with referrals, admissions and developing person-centered care plans prior to admission. Environmental Factors Case situations can arise at any time requiring potential weekend and/or evening response. Conflicts may arise in dealing with residents, family members and guardians. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services or a related field INCLUDING supervised field placement or practicum in direct client casework services.
