Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Medical Imaging Tech III with 2 years of recent specialty experience and Epic EMR proficiency. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a dedicated catheterization laboratory - Procedures involve cardiac catheterization and related imaging studies - Shifts are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM - No blocked scheduling is permitted - Competency testing may be required, with two attempts permitted - Requests for time off must be submitted during application - More than three call outs in a 13-week contract may result in termination and make-up shifts are required within six weeks - Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from specified counties - Only one position application permitted per traveler - Travel pairs are not allowed /n /n Requirements/n - Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required - Active NYS Medical Imaging Technologist license required if applicable - Certifications from AHA or RQI are required - Experience with Epic EMR is mandatory - No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months - US Social Security Number is required for consideration - Medical exemptions for influenza vaccination must be signed by a licensed professional /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-596269.
