Benefits and Features : $220,000 - $250,000 / year Relocation Assistance Sign On Bonus Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability Retirement: 403B w/ 2% Match 4 Weeks of PTO 9 Paid Holidays Open to H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship Tax Free Loan repayment Programs Your Role with the Group : Internal Medicine Physician Location: New Haven, CT Outpatient Primary Care Develops a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis and appropriate treatment and/or referral, including hospitalization if necessary Uses all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and others tests in an appropriate and cost efficient manner Refers those cases which require specialist services, but maintains primary care responsibility to assure continuity of care Very Light Call - Call via phone 1 week every 2-3 Months. 90% of calls Screened by Nursing Service Line. Cover 1 Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm every 3 Months 4 Day Work Week Available (4x10hrs) Background Profile: Internal Medicine Physician Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine Ability to have a Connecticut State Medical License Ability to speak Spanish preferred Experience with FQHC or Community based medicine a plus Open to H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship ?Contact: Anna Craig 843-297-4123 anna@nowhealthcare.org
