Exciting Opportunity for Telemetry RN - Join Our Team!/n/nJob Description:/n/n- Start Date: Must begin on 3/16/n- Assignment Duration: Up to 32 weeks/n- Travel Rate: /n - $100 for travel /n - $95: 51-100 miles radius /n - $90: 50 miles or less local /n/n- Schedule: /n - 3 x 12-hour shifts one week /n - 3 x 12-hour shifts and 1 x 8-hour shift the next week /n - Minimum of every other weekend required /n - Schedules adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs /n/n- Requirements: /n - Valid AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications /n - NIHSS certification required prior to start /n - Minimum of 1 year telemetry nursing experience /n - Prior travel nursing experience is mandatory /n - Charge nurse experience required; will perform in this capacity regularly /n - EPIC experience within the last 2 years is essential and non-negotiable /n - NY nursing license or proof of application required (note: licensing may take 6-8 weeks) /n/n- Facility Information: /n - Total Number of Beds: 25 /n - Unit Name: ECH Med/Surg Acute Unit /n - Specialty: Medical Acute and Sub Acute /n - Nurse-Patient Ratio: 1:5-6 /n - Patient Population: Chronic disease exacerbation, acute infections (age range: 17-104) /n/n- Support Staff: /n - CNA/LNA PCT available /n - Unit Clerk/Secretary present /n - Access to LPN on staff /n/n- Equipment: /n - IV Pumps, Telemetry, CT IV Contrast, Hi-Flow Oxygen /n - Respiratory support available 24/7 /n/n- Job Responsibilities: /n - Administer IV therapy /n - Perform EKGs and tele interpretation /n - Provide respiratory treatments /n - Care for Covid patients /n/nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): /nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
