Job Description:

education, is seeking a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse (Clinical
Nurse III) to join our dedicated pediatric team. This pivotal role
focuses on providing critical care to children with severe
illnesses or injuries. The selected candidate will work in a
state-of-the-art facility where education and research are
integrated into daily practice, ensuring a dynamic environment that
fosters continuous development and learning. Provide compassionate
and effective critical care to pediatric patients. Monitor patient
conditions continuously and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize
patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment
and recovery processes. Participate in peer reviews and clinical
education to improve care standards. Strong clinical skills in a
pediatric intensive care setting. Ability to make critical
decisions under pressure. Proficient in using medical software and
electronic health records. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of New
York. Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) is
preferred but not required.
