This role is pivotal in providing exceptional nursing care during night shifts, aligning with our commitment to health, healing, and recovery. The selected candidate will work across various departments, adapting to the dynamic needs of our patients and collaborating with a skilled interdisciplinary team. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients during night shifts. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate integrated patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing activities. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures for patient safety and quality assurance. Proficiency in clinical skills with a strong emphasis on patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to critically think, analyze, and problem solve. Capability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
