Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine | Oncology - Radiation Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Radiation Oncology Physician for a short-term locum tenens assignment providing coverage during a scheduled absence. This is a 3-day opportunity within a single week, offering a flexible schedule and no call responsibilities. The physician will be responsible for delivering high-quality oncology care in an outpatient clinical setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients undergoing radiation therapy. Key responsibilities include: Evaluating patients and confirming cancer diagnoses through clinical assessment and diagnostic review Developing and implementing personalized radiation treatment plans Administering radiation therapy, including advanced techniques as appropriate Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed Managing treatment-related side effects and providing supportive care Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Documenting all patient interactions using EPIC EMR This role offers day shifts only , with flexible scheduling options within the coverage week and no call requirements , making it ideal for physicians seeking short-term, high-impact work. ?
