Job Description Now Hiring: Psych Tech – Child/Adolescent | Rochester, NY Looking for a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Technician who is passionate about working with children & adolescents in a behavioral health setting . Position Details: • Pay Rate: $30hr (Blended) • Location: Rochester, NY • Duration: 13 Weeks (Apr 27 – Jul 25, 2026) • ?? Guaranteed: 36 hrs/week • Shift: D/E/N Rotating | Weekends | Holidays | On-Call as needed Role Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care to inpatient psychiatric patients • Assist with daily living activities & social rehabilitation • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team • Monitor patient behavior & report changes to RN • Participate in rounds & group therapy sessions ? Requirements: • 2 years of recent Psych / Behavioral Health experience • BLS (AHA) certification • AAS Degree in Psychology or Sociology ?
