Job Description Location- Beautiful Upstate NY. 20 minutes to
Saratoga Springs, and 40 minutes to Albany Seeking a full-time
Family Medicine Physician. This is an exciting opportunity to join
an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and
hospital affiliated practice support. Center offers a full range of
health care services for the entire family, including: routine
pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp
and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and
geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health
maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury
and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and
precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and
promotion of a healthy lifestyle. Opportunity- - Shared call
rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage -
Physician governed organization with physician led JOC - Option for
flexible schedule – 3, 4, or 5 day work week - APP Collaboration
which provides an additional source of compensation - Opportunities
for teaching (1st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students)
- Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired -
Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are
available if interested. REQUIREMENTS: - NYS licensure and DEA
required - Board Certified - Open to experienced or new graduate
candidates - Strong interest in the provision of Primary Care for
all ages. Compensation PACKAGE: We offer a competitive base salary
with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives
and quality performance bonuses. - Competitive starting salary
range of $250,000 – $260,000 with ability to earn additional money
in productivity. - The posted salary reflects the starting range of
total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses,
incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift
incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to
the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME
allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group
employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in
accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the
factors noted above. - Starting Bonus of up to $75,000 - Retention
Bonus of $25,000 - Resident compensation available – up to 50 k per
year for early sign on - Excellent benefits; including
health/vision/dental insurances - Paid malpractice, including
post-SPHP employment tail coverage - CME time & expense allowance -
