Major Responsibilities:

• Provides support and guidance to youth and families experiencing crisis.
• Assists in the development of risk management/safety plan.
• Refers youth and families to support services.
• Acts as a bridge between families, agencies and community supports.
• Assures families full involvement in crisis intervention services including team's adherence to "family voice and choice".
• Actively participates in the multi-disciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Recognizes and seeks consultations as needed.
• Develop a training plan to enhance ongoing growth.
• Provides consultation and direction to program team in the provision of services that are consistent with "wraparound principles".
• Provides consultation with ESP staff regarding work with youth and families.
• Develops ongoing family support resources.
• Participate in YMCIS evaluation and development of protocols policies and procedures.All responsibilities are essential job functions.II. Position Qualifications:License/Certification/Education:Required:
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Satisfactory CORI background check.
• Driving is not a requirement.Experience:
