Job Description:
A company is looking for a Branch Coordinator - Telework.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent
customer service
Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain necessary
documentation for billing
Conduct outbound customer satisfaction calls and manage payment
collections
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year of related work experience
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Experience in an office environment or healthcare setting is
preferred
Ability to work with a multi-line phone system
