• A customer-first environment that encourages innovation and growthPosition Summary:The Vehicle Exchange Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers during their service visits, assisting them through the vehicle exchange process. This role combines customer service, sales support, and inventory evaluation, offering a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact on both customer satisfaction and dealership success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the customer liaison during service appointments
  • Discuss vehicle needs and present upgrade or trade-in options
  • Appraise eligible vehicles for potential purchase or trade
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments
  • Educate guests on Vehicle Exchange program offerings
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in VinSolutions
  • Generate 10 vehicle exchange packets daily for distribution
  • Develop strong relationships with service customers
  • Introduce customers to sales staff when appropriate
  • Collaborate with the used car department for appraisal needs
  • Guide customers through the exchange and financial paperwork process
  • Provide post-exchange follow-up to ensure satisfaction
