What you'll be doing:
- First point of contact for all pre-sale transactional furniture
requests
- Primarily focused on supporting customer requests received from
the Furniture Sales Consultants (FSC's) and Account Managers
(AM)
- Provide customer support on inquiries related to furniture
product, availability, and recommendations.
- Provide solutions, quotes, and proposals for transactional
furniture opportunities.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet or
exceed KPIs.
- Identify opportunity leads in existing accounts to transfer to
FSCs when applicable.
- Develop selling skills of qualifying, strategizing, sales call
tactics, closing, and maintaining service levels. -
- Learn the primary Staples operating platforms (Sunrise and
Furniture Quoting Software).

competitive positioning and recommend relevant and leading-edge
solutions to customers -

What's needed- Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years related experience

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong computer experience in MS Office Platforms, AS400,
furniture quoting software, and Salesforce.com
