Commercial Asset Lead (CAL) is a passionate driver for maximizing
the value of Dyne’s DMD commercial assets with a global
perspective, who brings adaptable leadership to develop and
implement commercialization strategies to maximize the reach and
value creation of Dyne’s DMD commercial assets in the neuro
muscular portfolio. This mandate includes market analysis,
competitive positioning, launch readiness and execution and input
into lifecycle management in the relentless pursuit of long-term
success in bringing the asset to patients globally. The CAL is a
highly visible leadership role. As a key member of an experienced
Program Team, the CAL will work with the cross-functional team to
influence and shape the Program strategy. The CAL leads all efforts
in defining the commercialization strategy, strategic imperatives,
critical success factors, executional priorities, and launch
efforts together with the launch teams of the affiliates, bringing
both a 'future-orientation' toward the goal of broad, global access
for patients in need, and a "pragmatic-orientation" to chart the
path, mitigate risks, cultivate options. The CAL collaborates with
program team, functional leads and affiliate teams to achieve a
differentiated product profile, competitive label, broad
reimbursement and highly successful launches globally starting with
the US launch. The CAL, as a member of the program team, is
responsible for securing commercialization and works hand in hand
in strong partnership with the Program Lead, the Head of
Commercialization, all functional leaders and the affiliate launch
teams. This role is based onsite in Waltham, MA. Primary
Responsibilities Include: Define global asset commercialization
strategy and plan to achieve milestones and timelines for
successful launches As a key member of the Program Team and Head of
DMD Commercial Sub Team, they ensure that all key pillars for
successful commercialization for the assets are secured – starting
with differentiation in endpoints to achieve a competitive product
profile/label, regulatory strategy, filing strategy, with value &
access to secure the value proposition for the assets and achieve
reimbursement in US and at the right time globally, partner with
supply, medical, marketing, digital and the data team to prepare
successful launch strategy and execution for all key markets
starting with US. Provide input and expertise to a robust and
well-understood program strategy with the key objective of gaining
the approvals of potentially life-changing medicines for patients
around the world to generate value for patients and shareholders
and maximize topline growth. Structure and facilitate critical
cross-functional decisions on commercialization aspects of the
asset within Program Teams and senior leadership teams, bringing
all relevant perspectives to bear while driving to efficient
decisions in a fast-paced environment. Working with
cross-functional launch team in key markets, starting with the US
team, and Strategic Commercialization Partners to secure
reimbursement and successful launches, by propelling successful
launch execution from one country to the other. In close
collaboration with the Program Lead and Head of Commercialization,
consider and advocate for the needs of the commercial asset in the
context of Dyne’s corporate strategy and priorities. Drive
preparation and presentation of materials for Board of Directors on
asset commercialization topics Maintain clear, open, and proactive
communication with the senior leadership team and other
stakeholders regarding commercialization strategy, status,
priorities, risks and needs, and facilitate appropriate
decision-making. Keep abreast of competitor landscape and
development in the fields of muscle diseases and oligonucleotide
drug discovery and development. Build visible, constructive, and
credible presence within the DMD community including with KOLs, the
holistic teams engaged in patient care and patient community.
Participate in business development activities, as needed,
including opportunity evaluations and due diligence. Provide a
motivating leadership example within Dyne more broadly during
periods of rapid growth. Foster a culture of collaboration,
innovation, discovery, and cutting-edge research. Focused on

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, medical,
or business discipline required; advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD,
MBA, or Master’s in Life Sciences) strongly preferred. Minimum of
20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. 15 years
of commercialization and cross-functional leadership experience
within the biopharmaceutical industry, including substantial
involvement in clinical development strategy, regulatory
interactions, filing preparation, and lifecycle planning. Extensive
experience leading global product launches, including development
of launch strategy, execution, and cross-functional
commercialization planning. Rare disease launch experience strongly
preferred; neuromuscular disease experience highly advantageous.
Proven track record of: Delivering on business objectives in
fastpaced, highstakes environments. Steering assets from late stage
development through approval and launch. Influencing global and
U.S. market access, value evidence generation, and reimbursement
readiness. Experience collaborating closely with clinical
development, medical affairs, supply chain, marketing, digital/data
teams, and affiliate launch organizations. Expertise in global
asset commercialization, including competitive positioning, launch
sequencing, market shaping, and lifecycle strategy. Ability to
synthesize scientific, clinical, regulatory, and market data to
guide asset and commercialization strategy. Fluency with digital
launch tools, analytics platforms, and data driven decision-making.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven leader capable of articulating a
compelling vision and mobilizing high performing cross functional
teams. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach,
influence, and inspire diverse functional experts. Exceptional
communication skills, including clear and effective engagement with
executive leadership, affiliates, external partners, Boards of
Directors, and patient communities. Proven ability to build strong,
credible relationships with KOLs, advocacy groups, payers,
regulators, and other key stakeholders. Comfortable leading through
ambiguity, adapting to evolving priorities, and driving alignment
in a dynamic environment. High integrity, strong patient centric
mindset, and alignment with Dyne’s core values. Strong sense of
urgency with the ability to pace and prioritize workstreams in

$272,000 - $340,000 USD The pay range reflects the base pay range
Dyne reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of
