Job Description:

solutions, as a Sales Account Executive within our Building
Materials department. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving
our sales initiatives, focusing on maintaining and expanding our
customer base within the industry. You will leverage Johnson
Controls cutting-edge technologies and commitment to customer
satisfaction to meet sales targets and enhance building efficiency
and sustainability for our clients. A dynamic role, it involves
strategic planning, account management, and direct sales
activities, ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of
delivering superior building solutions globally. Develop and
execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand
the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships, understanding their needs and proposing customized
solutions. Partner with customers to understand their business
needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions for building
efficiency and sustainability. Effectively communicate the value
proposition of our products through proposals and presentations.
Manage and negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware
of new products and competition status. Proven ability in sales and
business development within the building materials industry. Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to
understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Solid experience
with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent selling,
communication and negotiation skills. Medical Insurance Dental
