system. The School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time
Open Rank Non-Tenure Track Professor and Director of Quality and
Regulatory Compliance in Boston, MA. This position has an
anticipated start date in July 2026. The Director of Quality and
Regulatory Compliance serves as the School of Nursing’s primary
leader responsible for ensuring compliance with all state, federal,
and accrediting body standards. This position provides strategic
direction and oversight for program evaluation, educational
assessment, and continuous quality improvement initiatives across
all nursing programs. The Director collaborates with academic and
administrative leaders to maintain accreditation, promote
regulatory integrity, and advance a culture of excellence,
accountability, and evidence-based decision-making within the
School of Nursing. Responsibilities of the Director include, but
are not limited to, the following: Regulatory Compliance · Lead
preparation for initial and continuing accreditation processes with
bodies such as CCNE, ANCC, CoA, and state boards of nursing ·
Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation required by
accrediting and regulatory agencies, including annual program
evaluations and outcomes reports · Develop, implement, and maintain
policies and procedures that ensure compliance with federal, state,
and accreditation requirements · Serve as the primary liaison with
regulatory and accreditation agencies · Coordinate institutional
responses to site visits, audits, and compliance reviews from
accrediting and licensing bodies · Monitor changes in healthcare
education regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance
Program Evaluation · Serve as the subject matter expert for nursing
education regulations, ensuring consistent interpretation and
application of standards across programs · Design and implement
comprehensive program evaluation plans for all nursing programs ·
Analyze program outcomes data and prepare reports for leadership,
faculty, and accrediting bodies · Coordinate the collection and
organization of evidence for accreditation self-studies ·
Facilitate curricular mapping to ensure alignment with program
outcomes and professional standards · Lead internal audits and risk
assessments to proactively identify and address potential areas of
noncompliance Educational Assessment · Provide leadership in the
development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive
assessment plans for all nursing programs · Collaborate with
faculty to establish measurable learning outcomes · Analyze student
achievement metrics and identify areas for improvement · Oversee
collection, analysis, and reporting of student learning outcomes
and program effectiveness data · Guide faculty in the design and
use of assessment tools that measure achievement of program
learning outcomes and competencies · Ensure alignment of
course-level and program-level outcomes with national standards,
licensure requirements, and institutional learning objectives
Continuous Quality Improvement · Serve on the School's Evaluation
Committee · Implement data-driven quality improvement processes
across all nursing programs · Develop dashboards and reporting
mechanisms to track key performance indicators · Facilitate root
cause analyses when program outcomes fall below benchmarks
Qualifications · Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field
required · Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing education ·
Demonstrated expertise in accreditation processes and regulatory
compliance · Experience with curriculum development and program
evaluation · Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data
management systems · Excellent communication and collaborative
leadership abilities · Active RN license and eligibility for state

Assistant Clinical Professor: $101,000.00 - $134,000.00 | Associate
Clinical Professor: $116,000.00 - $138,000.00 | Clinical Professor:
$140,000.00 - $158,000.00 With the pay range(s) shown above, the
starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include
your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and
skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees
already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are
