Job Description:

Responsibilities: This position reports to the Company’s CFO Inspect products for damage Light Maintenance – replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, touch up maintenance, some painting, some window washing General maintenance for the exterior of the building and surrounding land. Various other maintenance projects as necessary Responds for the repair, maintenance and usage of Company Corporate vehicles Responds to all security alarms during “on hours” and is primary contact for “off hours” as this individual is “on call” 24/7. Responsible for all facility contractors, obtains competitive quotes and makes recommendations to management Coordinates with the contractors on the completion of contract work and ensures that all contract work is done according to building codes Addresses all town code compliance issues (aka building code, fire code issue) Maintains all records, reports pertaining to the facility and provides information to senior management Ensures adequate supplies to repair facility Move products from receiving area to appropriate area Deliver FedEx/UPS packages to end user Conres Qualifications: Education: High school Graduate Experience: 2-4 years in receiving activities Skills: Basic computer skills. Attention to detail. Good Communication skills. Training: On the job training for 4-8 weeks.
