Job Description:
Job Description Annual Salary: $230k-$300k (varies depending on
years of experience) We are seeking a board-certified or
board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
physician to join a dynamic outpatient musculoskeletal team. This
role is ideal for a provider passionate about non-surgical
orthopedic care, functional restoration, and collaborative patient
management. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations
for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on
improving function and reducing pain. Perform EMGs and other
diagnostic procedures as needed. Collaborate with orthopedic
surgeons, physical therapists, and other specialists to ensure
integrated care. Provide image-guided and ultrasound-guided
injections (e.g., joint, tendon, bursa). Educate patients on injury
prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to quality
improvement initiatives. Requirements: MD or DO degree with
completion of an accredited PM&R residency program.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine &
Rehabilitation. Experience in outpatient musculoskeletal care
preferred. Proficiency in performing EMGs and joint injections.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to
