Job Description:
Marvin, a leading innovator in the manufacturing of premium
windows and doors since 1912, is seeking a skilled In-Home Sales
Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in
maintaining Marvin's tradition of delivering exceptional,
personalized service and high-quality products tailored to meet
customer specifications. As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll
engage directly with customers in their homes, understand their
needs, and provide customized solutions that enhance their living
spaces with Marvin's range of products. Travel to client homes to
present and promote Marvin’s products and services Understand and
assess clients' needs and provide personalized solutions Conduct
measurements and assessments for installations Prepare and deliver
presentations tailored to the client’s requirements Negotiate
contracts and close sales to meet targets Maintain a high level of
product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product releases
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure specifications are
met Record sales activities in company CRM software Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to negotiate and
influence others Technical knowledge of window and door design and
installation Proficiency in CRM software Strong organizational and
time-management abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Sales or Marketing
Professional (CSP, CPSP) is a plus Training in construction or
architectural fundamentals is desirable
